Company Overview
The Vision Center is St. Paul's primary facility to facilitate a master planned program that will rally the residents of Sierra Vista & Vicinity, with an emphasis on the West End of the city, to promote Asset Based Community Development in partnership with other civic, social, and faith based organizations in compliance with EEO and Affirmative Action guidelines. Although the church will take the lead in organizing the activities in the Vision Center, it will rely heavily on the active participation of the community-at-large to suggest the on-going, life changing, and impacting programs to generate personal and neighborhood transformation.
